Zelda Williams Big Spending Habits

Zelda Williams is the daughter of Robin Williams and Marsha Garces. She rose to fame as an actress due to her work alongside her father. Zelda would first appear on camera at the age of five, and she has since carved out a real role for herself as an actress, voice-over talent, and comedian. With a net worth of nearly $20 million, Zelda is doing something right!

While Zelda has never reached the same level of fame as her late and beloved father, she certainly is working in the right direction. Thanks to her family's success as well as her efforts, Zelda has been able to spend rather loosely when it comes to bigger purchases. Zelda loves to buy and flip real estate but at a price quite a bit higher than what we are no doubt used to. Zelda made waves in 2018 when she sold her Mediterranean Villa for roughly $3.2 million. Zelda originally purchased the 4,100 square/ft Mediterranean villa in Los Angeles for just $1.86 million. The home features three stories, four bathrooms, and five bedrooms as well as an attached guesthouse. Inside of the home, Zelda enjoyed showing off her 27-step staircase and her floor-to-ceiling arched windows overlooking the sea.

Even though selling a single home for $3.2 million would set us for life, Zelda was far from done throwing down the big bills. Not content to sell one mansion, Williams once again made headlines for purchasing an elaborate Spanish-style mansion located in Beachwood Canyon. The home had been owned by Aldous Huxley and his family for decades dating back to before the famous author's death in 1963. Mr. Huxley's widow, Laura, resided in the home until 2007. The massive property covers more than 4,000 sq/ft and features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an ultra-secure and private .67 acre lot. The home is decked out in hardwood flooring and features French doors, a massive fireplace, and several formal dining areas. On the third story of the home, Zelda made sure to enjoy her rooftop pool with a westward view of the Los Angeles skyline. The home was sold to Zelda for roughly $4.3 million. Not bad for a second home, right?
